All incoming messages are taken through a rigorous check that run at least ten layers deep. Frequently updated external sources are used to feed the scanning engine with virus definition lists, IP block lists, and Spam detection databases.
Your Corporate firewall is configured to only allow SMTP traffic from IRONScan. Providing an additional layer of protection by preventing un-trusted access to your mail server. No Changes are necessary to your mail servers either! IRONScan integrates with all mail servers like MS Exchange, Lotus Notes, Sendmail, and all others. IRONscan is transparent to the end users. There is no software to install and email clients require no reconfiguration saving you countless hours and dollars
