Q: Do I have to buy any equipment?
A: No, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment to begin securing your network.
Q: Can my current firewall be used?
A: Only if you are currently running a fourth generation SonicWALL product.

A: No, all the security functions are performed at the edge of the network ensuring that no threats ever reach your servers or workstations. In some instances customers might request software upgrades and at that time the installation media will be provided for you.
Q: If I decide not to renew my managed service contract can I keep the equipment?
A: All equipment provided by eIRONclad is property of eIRONclad. In some situations you may be able to purchase the installed equipment. Please contact your account manager for further details.
